Bobpop Kids has the authority to charge particular fees for some of its services (known as Paid Services). The amount and type of Fee applicable for these services is determined solely by Bobpop Kids.

  1. When using the paid services from Bobpop Kids, it is necessary to pay the applicable fees before receiving or using them. This can be done through a notification sent by Bobpop Kids when the fee is in effect.

  2. Bobpop Kids reserves the right to change its Fees at any time in its sole discretion. Bobpop Kids will send a notice regarding the change to you if it has an effect on future bills or services you receive.

  3. If you have received a discount or other promotional offer, from Bobpop Kids, Bobpop Kids, respectively, shall have the right at the end of the applicable discounted period, to, automatically and without notice, renew your subscription to such Bobpop Kids Service(s) at the full then-current applicable Fee.

  4. All Fees paid directly to Bobpop KIds shall be deemed to be in Pounds Sterling except as specifically stated otherwise in writing by Bobpop Kids. Unless otherwise stated in writing by Bobpop Kids, all fees are subject to applicable federal, state and local taxes as permitted by law (including value-added tax, sales tax, goods and services tax, etc.), levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities (“Taxes”), You are accountable for any applicable taxes that result from your use of the Bobpop Kids Services or to any payments or purchases made by you. If Bobpop Kids is liable to collect or pay Taxes on the Fees you owe them and whether or not these Taxes were added and collected for previous transactions, these Any unpaid fees may incur additional taxes which will be mentioned on the invoice for that particular transaction. When buying or renewing Paid Services, make sure to check for any charges that third parties may impose. Confirm such fees before going ahead with the transaction Certain fees may be charged depending on the type of transaction being made, such as international transaction fees, currency exchange fees, or fees due to banks or credit card companies. Bobpop Kids has no liability for any extra fees or costs incurred.

When you purchase certain services from Bobpop Kids, the registration or submission of information that you provide authorizes Bobpop Kids to (either directly or through its associated companies, subsidiaries, and other third-party entities) to request and collect payment (service fees, charging, refunding or taking any other billing actions are all possible through this system) Bobpop Kids or its affiliates may contact your payment provider or your designated banking account to verify and validate payments you have made. As a precautionary measure, certain financial details are required to be securely stored in order to guarantee timely payments. This can be achieved by gathering the necessary information from your credit card, bank account or payment provider. Additionally, this would also help in obtaining the latest payment details from them (e.g., updated expiry date or card number as may be provided to us by your credit card company).

  6. To purchase Paid Services from Wix, you will need to store a credit card with Bobpop Kids. You can view your stored card and identify it by its last four digits in the 'Account Settings' page.
