Film and Photograph Consent

Bobpop Kids need your consent to use the video and/or photographs provided (“the images”) of you/your child in accordance with the conditions of use set out below. By continuing with your purchase and providing images/ film confirms that you have agreed, read and understood the consent and conditions of use.

 

I hereby grant permission to Bobpop Kids and its administration to use photographs and videos of me and/or my property for use in all forms and media worldwide, including advertising, other publications, public relations, press and marketing purposes.

 

It also includes use in Bobpop Kids internal and external publicity materials, Bobpop Kids promotional printed leaflets, brochures and magazines, and online publications, including social media platforms, websites

and blogs. The images may be passed to a third party to produce these publications. Where the images are passed to third parties, Bobpop Kids will stipulate that the images should only be used for the particular purpose and not used further thereafter.
